For business restructuring purposes at an EGM 5 Dec 2025 Luffships Buoyant Aircraft Ltd (LBA) was wholly acquired by Luffships Limited (LSL), now a subsidiary of LSL and where LBA (for the time being) has been put into a dormant state until needed. This may be as an operating business for Luffships’ aerial services when production series aircraft and other products/services are available.
LSL, as a more mature company with continuity since 2010, continues as the primary business for new buoyant aircraft (BA) being developed. In real terms, LSL was fully supporting LBA since it began in 2024 to continue. LSL now is reorganising to be run by the same LBA team people in similar roles together with new appointments for growth of the business to become an SME supplying Luffships, ground facilities and associated services to support customers.
